A third of secondary school pupils are suffering from mental health issues
A study by Action for Children has revealed that a third of 15- to 18-year-olds in the UK struggle with mental health or emotional well-being issues. Depression, restless sleep, and an inability to focus are among problems highlighted.
The charity last year launched its Blues Programme, which provides early support for secondary school pupils with depression.
